These are very soft, mildly sweet, nutty, melt in mouth,chocolate brownies. And certainly you just cannot stop with one:)

Ingredients. Serves- 15
Eggs- 4
Unsalted butter- 100 gms
Powdered sugar- 160 gms( approximately 1 and 1/2 cups)
Flour( maida) – 100 gms
Cocoa powder- 4 heaped tbsps
Vanilla essence- 4 tsps
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Yogurt- 4 heaped tsps
Chopped walnuts- 1 cup
Chocochips- 2 tbsps
Icing sugar to dust- 4 tbsps
Method
Preheat oven to 180*C/ 350*F.
Grease and dust a rectangular cake pan.
Sieve flour, cocoa and baking powder together.
In a pan, add butter and sugar and beat well.
Add eggs and vanilla essence to this mixture and beat well again.
Add the cocoa, flour mixture slowly to this egg mixture and beat well again.
Now add yogurt, half cup walnuts and 1 tbsp choco chips and mix well.
Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle the left over walnuts and chocochips on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 mins.
When done( if you insert a toothpick or skewer into the cake, it should come out clean), remove from the oven. Let it cool for few mins.
Sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
Remove from the tin and transfer to a wire rack. Let it cool for 10 mins.
Cut into squares and serve:)
