Honey Chilli Sesame Paneer

It has been in my mind for a long time to try this dish. I created my own recipe as i did not have the time to check the recipe. It’s a very simple recipe and can be made with ingredients that are usually available in the kitchen.
It was a super hit with my
family. I hope you all would enjoy too:)
 Ingredients
Paneer- 200 gms
Honey- 3 tbsp
Corn flour- 1 tbsp
Soya sauce- 2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Chopped spring onions- 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds- 2 tbsp
Sesame oil- 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup- 1 tbsp
To grind to a paste
Garlic- 10 cloves
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Red chilli powder- 1-11/2 tsp
Chopped coriander stem- 2 tbsps
Method
Cut the paneer into cubes.
Grind garlic, ginger, red chilli powder and coriander stems to a fine paste.
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add the chopped spring onions and sauté for few mins till turns slightly brown. Add the ground paste and sauté for few mins.
 
Mix the soya sauce with 1 cup of water and add to the masala.
Let it cook for few mins. Now add honey, vinegar and tomato ketchup, salt to taste and mix well. Let it come to a boil. Reduce the flame.
Now add the corn flour mixed with half of water. Mix well and cook till it becomes slightly thick.
 
Now add the paneer and mix well. Close the pan with a lid and let it simmer on a low flame.
Heat a pan and toast the sesame seeds till it starts bursting.
Garnish the paneer with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot with noodles or rice:)
